Is a lease required?
Depending on your length of stay, a lease is not required. We only require a lease for stays 30 days or longer.

Are the units fully furnished?
Yes, we have tastefully decorated each unit to provide a ready-to-live-in home-like feel and comfort. We provide a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, silverware, etc. Spices and cooking supplies are not provided.
Are there cleaning services?

Is there a dishwasher?
Yes, there is a dishwasher.
Is there a BBQ on site?
Are pets allowed?
As a rule, we do not allow pets. Some exceptions may apply.
Can you smoke on the property?
No, we are a smoke-free property.
Can I access my unit without keys?
Yes, we have keyless entry.
Do the units have elevators?
No, and each unit has living space on 2 floors.
Do the units provide soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent?
We provide a starter pack of dish soap, garbage bags, shampoo and conditioner, dishwasher pods, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Are there cleaning fees?
Cleaning fees are included in the room price. Additional cleaning is available upon request for a fee.
Do you offer discounts?
We support the community by offering various discounts, including Alaska resident rates and medical stays, as well as government and military discounts.
